NoVA Sharpshooters Junior Shooting Sports consists of two programs:
Junior Pistol Program
The Junior Pistol Program introduces junior athletes to the Olympic sport of 10 meter air pistol. Juniors participate in weekly practices and in various local and national competitions. Advanced athletes will also learn the sport of 25 meter international sport pistol using a .22 LR pistol.
The pistol program is open to junior athletes 10–18 years of age. Payment of the Sills Air Range consumables fee and membership in the youth chapter of the ARL-FX IWLA are required.

Paralympic Junior Air Rifle Program
The Paralympic Junior Air Rifle Program introduces Paralympic junior athletes to the sport of air rifle. Junior athletes learn to compete in Civilian Marksmanship Program, National Rifle Association, and USA Shooting sponsored events.
The pistol program is open to junior athletes 10-18 years of age. Payment of the Sills Air Range consumables fee and membership in the youth chapter of the ARL-FX IWLA are required.
