Request for Proposal for Chapter Caretaker

Proposals are currently being solicited for an individual to perform caretaker services on a contract basis. The primary scope of the contract is routine maintenance and minor repair of the Chapter’s five main buildings and numerous smaller structures. The majority of work will be performed at the 100+ acre Arlington-Fairfax Chapter, IWLA, property located at 14708 Mount Olive Road, Centreville, VA 20121.
